They're a lot of fun to make! I’ve been working in the custom apparel & graphic design industry since 1990. In 2012, after losing my parents in a two year span, being newly divorced & raising my two young sons I realized how much I needed to treasure my time with my kids. I quit my job of 14 years, bought two commercial embroidery machines & started my own business. Working from home & being able to be a mom first has been the best gift I could give my boys. For my printing & embroidery biz www.BartonSportswear.com, I mostly produce larger quantity orders for athletic teams, businesses, schools, fundraisers & events. I’ve always been creative & enjoy connecting with customers. Working with my customer to create their personalized order is what I do best!

When our world went thru the chaos of 2020 I wanted to create those one of a kind, extra special items that people could share with their family & friends. I was going thru my grandma’s old cigar box filled with her handwritten recipes & cutouts from the newspaper. Being one for nostalgia I knew recreating these on these classic style ceramic camp mugs would be the best to bring smiles to friends & family’s faces. Hearing everyone's stories about their mom's or grandma's, has truly been a pleasure to bring joy to people's lives. My favorite is seeing how identical most of our matriarchs’ handwriting is. It’s becoming a lost form of scribing & I love preserving the handwriting for families to cherish. ♥️

Pickup is in Defiance (details/location will be on the invoice after you place your order)
Turnaround time: ⏱
Production time for custom mugs will be printed and ready for pickup or ship within 3-7 business days from the time you submit your order and receive confirmation. If you need it for an event or by a certain date please communicate that with me and we’ll work together to get it to you in time. I can accommodate rush orders depending on the specifics & a rush charge may apply.
Returns/Exchanges: Quality is what I strive for! All orders will be printed after you approve it. No refunds or returns on orders after you've approved the artwork/spelling. Everything I produce is handmade & will have some variations from product to product. I print & inspect every item created to ensure it is free of defects before it is printed & leaves the door. If you receive your order & have any problems please contact within 5 days of receiving your order to inform me of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect. If I am not notified within 5 days of you receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. I am not responsible for damages to products caused by improper care or handling.
