A few years ago, while perusing my grandma's old cigar box, I stumbled upon a goldmine of handwritten recipes and newspaper clippings. The nostalgia buff in me couldn't resist the idea of immortalizing these cherished memories on these classic ceramic camp style mugs – the perfect vessels to evoke smiles among friends and family.
What strikes me the most is the remarkable resemblance in the handwriting of our matriarchs. Transforming our moms and grandmas' handwritten notes onto my mugs is more than a simple hobby, the most meaningful part is hearing the stories when they’re given as a gift & it’s brought meaning to the recipient’s life. Artwork: When submitting a photo/image, it is best to get a scan the handwriting or whatever you want printed. If you don’t have access to a scanner and take a photo, it’s best to avoid shadows, glares, wrinkles or creases in the paper and take the shot directly facing it. The better the quality of the image you send the less time it will take to setup for printing.

Production time for custom mugs will be printed and ready for pickup or ship within 5-7 business days from the time you submit your order and receive confirmation. If you need it for an event or by a certain date please communicate that with me and we’ll work together to get it to you in time. I can accommodate rush orders depending on the specifics & a rush charge may apply.

Returns/Exchanges: Quality is what I strive for! All orders will be printed after you approve it. No refunds or returns on orders after you've approved the artwork/spelling. Everything I produce is handmade & will have some variations from product to product. I print & inspect every item created to ensure it is free of defects before it is printed & leaves the door. If you receive your order & have any problems please contact within 3 days of receiving your order to inform me of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect. If I am not notified within 5 days of you receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. I am not responsible for damages to products caused by improper care or handling.
